Reimplement loading of data

Reimplement the loading of priors/observations in a more flexible way so that the suer can easily add its data and the loader corresponding to it.

Something like pygeodyn inout module ?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
